Well i mean what do i know but im pretty certain that car wont do anywhere close to 257mph, the aerodynamics alone would prevent it, plus those tyres would be scarey too carry anything past 100mph on them lol. 400hp? thats not huge either not enough to propel a vehicle to speeds well past 200.

Its a dream car he has built so 200mph is obviously best kept as a dream, I think he knows that.
400bhp with that front end is probably good for a fast cruise to 150mph or so
