On 25 July 2000, Air France Flight 4590, registration F-BTSC, crashed in Gonesse, France, killing all 100 passengers and nine crew on board the flight, and four people on the ground. The plane velocity has to be lower than a certain critical velocity, if the pilot decides to stop. If the plane is already going faster than that, then, even if the take-off is not complete, it's not safe to stop and pilot has to take-off.

the pilots didn't notice. the pilots rotated on the correct V1 speed. but then the fire started and 2 engines failed. then they became under the V1 again. that was the point of no return

Plain and Simple: The cause FOR this terrible tragedy, as for all other plane crashes is The American Crappy Technology.
A Boeing DC-10 had left a piece of metal crap on the runnway, causing the tyre to blow up damaging Concorde´s Wing and subsequently creating a BIG FIRE that destroyed this awesome CREATURE.
FUCK DUMB AMERICANS, THEY NEVER WENT SUPERSONIC.

This was poor engineering fault, tires will always pick up and throw debis,if its big enough it can cause damage, to put fuel tanks over such an area is very poor engineering. Just a simple extra layer of carbon fiber under the belly where the fuel tank is ,probaly would have been enough to prevent this. So sad..
