Well, you are going to have to repair that old building sooner or later or else it'll be unsafe to enter it's premises. Besides, the whole reasoning is to raise funds to protect it's demise.

You all need to understand the facts involved. Call the Waverly Hills Historical Society and find out exactly what they are doing. They have to renovate the building, otherwise the local government wants to tear it down. The owners are saving the building. The design will reflect the way it used to be and honor its history. The current plans are to keep the 4th floor as is for ghost hunting.

I was there in nov and I did the walk down the hall, deep deep deep stuff. I felt totally surrounded and I didn't know what the hell was going on but people started freaking out because there were people behind me.
I live in louisville and I been in there a couple of times, sneaking about but never got to intimately know it as I did that night. I can't wait for our next trip, going in for an all nighter.
