It was a LP560-4 and ugh its a fun car to drive and ride in for an hour tops after that its Hell.
The ride is pretty awesome actually but if you compare that ride to the LP640 the its shit.

It was the easiest and quickest way to break in the lambo so we drove it to Florida.

my dad was involved with the development of the viper in the 90's. he said that the engine was basically a hemi with 2 extra cylinders. one of his employees thought it was brand new then he showed a drawing. all of the bolts wer lined up exactly in the same places. the only thing I personally like about the viper is the simplicity of it. thats about it

No, the viper V10 was based off the LA series engines, wedge shaped combustion chambers. Orignally designed as a truck engine. Eventually used in a detuned iron block version in the 94 ram.
The engine was designed as a 5.9 magnum with 2 extra cylinders. Please stop spreading mis-information. Which is so commonplace on youtube, probably hundreds of wrong information comments every second.
