its not fair to bag commodore drivers. i have a commodore ute. i like the holdens because they are alot smoother to drive. my mum has an el and it is not half as comfy to drive as my vs was. although i have driven an au and they are nice. i have found that most bogans drove both ea's and vn's with their underage gf so that wasnt a fair comment either. i hope u dont mind me havin my say but i just want to say that fords arnt entirely bad but holdens drive better and are more comfortable.

Typical Ford of the 1970s....the good stuff goes to Aussies and Europeans, while in the USA, crap like the Pinto {Kabooooom!!!}, Maverick {rust from the factory}, and the pathetic Mustang II, (a Pinto dressed up} were considered good enough. Only 70s Ford I ever owned was a German built '71 Capri V6.

I had 3 holdens in the past and they were always being repaired. My first Ford (only because it was real cheap) i was amazed no constant repair bills and better fuel consumation . I'm Ford now . What do Taxi fleets buy and why for the same reason as mine

That's strange. The majority of young P plate drivers I see are driving commodores because they are cheap to repair or do up, and when you do see them on the street they're either trying to waste rubber, trying to find out how far the tacho will go without breaking or breaking the speed limit by more then 40 k's. That also goes for a lot of non P platers as well. That why Commodores have been given the nickname 'Bogan'dore. Sorry if I have offended any Holden people now.
